After working in restaurants as an adolescent I continued my culinary journey studying at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.
I have then moved on to work in Micheline Guide awarded restaurants in Barcelona, Stockholm and Zermatt.
Besides working in the restaurant kitchens I have always taken the opportunities to do special events. Including wedding dinners,
work events and private parties.
I am passionate, precise and love to create.
